CAPSICUM BONDAY

INGREDIENTS:-

  • Besan-----------------------250 grans
  • Capsicum-------------------250 grams
  • Baking powder-------------1/4th tea spoon
  • Salt
  • Chat masala

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Mix besan with water...
  2. Cut capsicum into pieces...
  3. Heat oil in a pan,when the oil starts boiling dip capsicum pieces in the besan and drop into oil..
  4. Fry until brown....
  5. Remove from oil and Sprinkle chat masala.....
  6. Serve it hottttt!!!!

METHI POTATO FRY

INGREDIENTS:-

  • Potato------------------250 grams(Boil and cut into pieces)
  • Methi------------------1 bunch(Clean and cut into pieces)
  • Onion------------------1 no.
  • Green chillies-----------2 nos.
  • Coriander powder-----1 tea spoon
  • OIL
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry green chillies and onion..
  2. Now, add methi and fry for two minutes....
  3. Add boiled potatoes,coriander powder,salt,chilli powder and fry for a few minutes...
  4. Garnish with coriander and serve it hot!!!!!

CAULIFLOWER TOMATO KURMA!!!!

INGREDIENTS:-

  • Cauliflower-------------------1 cup(boil in hot water & strain)
  • Onion-------------------------1 no.(cut into small pieces)
  • Tomato-----------------------2-3 (cut into pieces)
  • Green chillies------------------4-5
  • Dry coconut------------------50 grams(grind into paste)
  • Coriander powder------------1 tea spoon
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Red chilli powder

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Heat oil in a pan, add green chillies and onion and fry till brown...
  2. Now, add sliced tomatoes and cook for few minutes....
  3. Add coconut paste and fry in oil for sometime....
  4. Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,salt and cauliflower pieces....
  5. Now, add little water and cook for few minutes....
  6. Finally garnish with coriander....

FRUIT KABAB PLATTER!!!!!!

INGREDIENTS:-
  • Your favourite Pulpy Fruits---------------Mango,Banana,Grapes,Watermelon etc;
  • Curd (yoghurt)---------------------------1 large bowl!!!!
  • Coarsely ground peppercorns------------2 tea spoons
  • Naan------------------------------------1 no
  • Skewers or Chopsticks

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Cut the fruits into bite-sized chunks.
  2. Arrange them on the skewers or chopsticks,making sure that each skewer has a variety of fruits on it....
  3. Add the salt to the yoghurt/curd....
  4. Take a clean thin cloth, put the curd in the cloth and tie it tightly....
  5. Hang the bundle from the tap of your kitchen sink and put a bowl under it to collect the whey that drips out.........
  6. Leave the cloth hanging for about 2 hours...You can drink the whey that collects(it's very healthy!!!)..or you can water the plants with it.........:D
  7. Now the curd is in a thick ball..spread the ground pepper on a plate,and roll the ball of curd over it, so that the pepper powder spreads evenly all over the surface of the ball...
  8. This makes for a really yummy dip for fruit kababs...!!!!!!
  9.  Cut the naan into little triangles.....
  10. Now on a big plate, arrange the kababs on one side,the naan triangles on the other,with a bowl of curd dip in the centre.....
  11. You can also garnish the dip with little sprigs of mint leaves....
  12. Now..the tasty!,yummy!!,delicious!!! "Fruit kabab platter" is ready to serve......

CHOCOLATE BANANA POPSICLES!!!!!!!

INGREDIENTS:-

  • Ripe Bananas------------------6 nos
  • Chocolate---------------------1 large bar(you can use any of your fovourite chocolate)
  • Ice cream sticks---------------12
  • Aluminium foil-----------------1 roll

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Peel the bananas and cut them in half....
  2. Insert an ice cream stick into the flat end of each banana half...
  3. Put the bananas on a shallow pan and leave them in the freezer for about 3 hours....
  4. Fill a pot with water,unwrap the chocolate bar,break it up and put it in a small bowl....
  5. Put the bowl of chocolate inside the pot of water...
  6. Put the pot on stove and heat it until the chocolate melts fully....
  7. With a flat spoon quickly spread the melted chocolate over each banana stick coating it well.....
  8. Wrap each banana in alluminium foil and store it in freezer.........
  9. Serve it chilled.....

VEGETABLE CUTLETS


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Potatoes----------------1/2 kg
  • Carrot------------------120 g
  • Peas--------------------120 g
  • Onion-------------------60 g
  • Bread cream------------55 g
  • Lemon------------------1 no.
  • Ginger------------------5 g
  • Green chillies-----------5 no.s
  • Maida------------------5 table spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Add garam masala if necessary

PROCEDURE:-
  1. First, boil potatoes and mash them...
  2. Boil all the vegetables and chop well...
  3. Now,add onions,chilli paste, lime juice and mashed potatoes to vegetables...
  4. Now, dip these vegetables into flour and bread cream, mould them into desired shapes and deep fry...
  5. Garnish with mint leaves and serve hot!!

SWEET CORN SOUP


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Sweet Corn----------------1 tin
  • Stock----------------------5 cups
  • Shredded Chicken---------50 g
  • China salt-----------------1/2 tea spoons
  • Pepper--------------------1/2teaspoons
  • Soya sauce-----------------1 teaspoon
  • Eggs-----------------------2( white only)

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Fry chicken in 1 tea spoon oil with china salt and pepper for 1 minute........
  2. Add to stock and boilfor few minutes.....
  3. Now, add sweet corn, soya sauce,pepper and china salt and boil the mixture for 2 minutes......
  4. Now,mix three table spoon corn flour in half cup milk and add to the mixture.....
  5. Boil for 1minute and Finally add beaten egg( egg white) to form strands.......
  6. Serve it hot!!!!!!!!!!!

INGREDIENTS:-
  • Cauliflower----------------1 no.
  • Cornflour------------------2 table spoon
  • Maida---------------------1 table spoon
  • Ginger-Garlic paste-------1 tea spoon
  • Green chillies--------------4 no.s
  • Curry leaves---------------few
  • Coriander-----------------1 bunch
  • Curd----------------------1 cup
  • Soya sauce----------------1 tea spoon
  • Pepper--------------------1/2 tea spoon
  • Garam masala-------------1/2 tea spoon
  • Salt to taste

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Cut cauliflower into pieces and keep in salt water for ten minutes...
  2. Now, remove from water, add cornflour, maida, ginger-garlic, pepper, soya sauce, garam masala, salt and little water.....
  3. Fry in oil like pokoras...
  4. Heat oil in a pan , add sliced green chillies, ginger and garlic pieces and curry leaves...
  5. Now, put cauliflower , add little curd and cook for two minutes...
  6. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or any chutney!!!

INGREDIENTS:-
  • Paneer-------------------500 g
  • Basen--------------------250 g
  • Chilli powder------------- 1 tea spoon
  • Coriander leaves---------1 bunch
  • Pepper powder------------2 tea spoons

  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

PROCEDURE:-
  1. First, cut the paneer into small pieces, sprinkle on them little salt and pepper and set aside...
  2. Mix water and salt in basen and make a smooth batter...
  3. Heat oil and dip the paneer pieces into the batter....
  4. Put in heated oil and fry till golden brown....
  5. Garnish with coriander and serve hot with tomato ketchup!!!

  • Milk-----------------1 liter
  • Rice-----------------50 g
  • Cordamom powder------1/2 tea spoon
  • Saffron--------------2 strands
  • Raisins--------------20 g

  • Almonds------------20 g

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Soak the rice in water........
  2. Now, remove the skin of almonds by boiling in water and cut into long strips...
  3. Boil milk and add rice and cook and cook on a low flame until the rice is completely cooked...
  4. Now, sugar, cardamom powder and saffron..
  5. Next add kaju, raisins and almonds....
  6. Finally, garnish with some more dry fruits and its ready to eat!!

BREAD PUDDING


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Milk------------------2 cups
  • Sugar----------------1/2 cup
  • Bread slices----------10 no.s
  • Raisins---------------1 table spoon
  • Almonds-------------1 table spoon
  • Food color-----------1 pinch(not mandatory)

PROCEDURE:-
  1. First, boil milk , sugar and bread slices in a pan...
  2. Heat 3- 4 table spoons of sugar in separate pan till it caramilizes......
  3. Add milk preparation, raisins, almonds and boil the contents for a minute without stirring..
  4. Put the gas on low flame for 10 minutes..
  5. Cool and turn the pan upside down over a dish...
  6. Serve it garnished with dry fruits!!

  1. First ,take few apples and peel their skin and boil until it becomes tender....
  2. Now,heat milk until it gets a little thicker and add saffron, ilachi and rose water....
  3. Now,pour the milk on the boiled apple pieces.........
  4. Let the mixture cool to the room temperature and put it in refrigerator for 30minutes.....

  • Coconut-----------1 cup
  • besan(senaga pindi)-----1 cup

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Mix all the ingredients in milk thoroughly and heat on a low flame....
  2. Stir the mixture continuously until it gets thick.......
  3. Now apply ghee to a plate and transfer the mixture to the plate....
  4. Finally,cut the mixture in desired shapes and garnish with silver foil...
  5. Transfer it to the serving bowl and the dish is ready to serve....

Time taken for preparation:10-15 minutes
PROCEDURE:
  • Fry suji in 1 table spoon ghee for 5 min. and keep aside.
  • Boil milk and water in a pan and add suji.
  • When the suji gets cooked add sugar, ilachi powder and cook until the sugar dissolves.
  • Finally add ghee and garnish with kaju and badam and serve.

INGREDIENTS:-
  • Maida-------------------1 cup
  • Water-------------------1 cup
  • Sugar-------------------2 cups
  • Ghee--------------------1/2 cup
  • Ilachi powder------------1/2 tea spoon

  • Kaju---------------------20 g

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Mix maida in water and stir well so that there are no lumps....
  2. Now, heat little ghee in pan..add the above mixture and stir on low flame...
  3. When this mixture is glossy add sugar, color and a little more ghee...
  4. Keep on adding ghee and stir once in 3-4 minutes....
  5. When this mixture is thick add ilachi powder, kaju and remove from flame...
  6. Finally pour in a greased tray and cut into pieces...
  7. Serve it with dry fruits and enjoy the taste!!!

  2. Fry 2 onions and add ginger- garlic paste,soya sauce, chilli sauce, china salt and marinated chicken.....
  3. Now, add a pinch of sugar
  4. Lastly, add cornflour and maida(mixed in water) and cook for 5 minutes....

  • Ginger and Garlic paste---1 table spoon

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Take the tomatoes in a bowl and mash them properly until they become paste....
  2. Fry ginger and garlic....
  3. Add tomato paste, Red chilli powder, haldia, salt, Dhania powder(Coriander seed powder) and ook well....
  4. Finally,add boiled eggs and cook for few minutes....

CHINTA CHIGURU MUTTON (mutton curry with tender tamarind leaves)


INGREDIANTS :-
  • Mutton------------500g
  • Onions------------100g
  • Green Chillies-----4g
  • Cloves------------4g
  • Cinnamon--------2 pieces
  • Garam Masala---10g
  • Oil---------------2 table spoons
  • Salt--------------2 tea spoons
  • Tender tamarind leaves

PROCEDURE :-
  1. Heat,oil in a cooking pan and add cloves and cinnamon to it.
  2. Now add onion to the oil and fry until the color changes to golden brown.....
  3. Add Ginger-Garlic paste to the mixture along with salt and green chillies.
  4. Add mutton pieces after two minutes.
  5. After five minutes add tender tamarind leaves(chinta chiguru) and some water to the mixture and cook until the mutton pieces get properly cooked and become tender.
  6. Finally,garnish with coriander .......and the mouth watering dish is ready to serve!!

TOMATO SAUCE





INGREDIENTS:-
  • Tomatoes------------------1 kg
  • Vinegar--------------------1 cup
  • Ginger---------------------100 g
  • Garlic----------------------100 g
  • Salt & Sugar to taste
PROCEDURE:-
  1. First, cut tomatoes and boil them without water........
  2. After doing this, smash and add all spices with little vinegar, sugar & salt...
  3. Now, boil it again till it gets thick.......
  4. Finally, remove from fire after boiling for few minutes and cool it.........
  5. Store the sauce in airtight containers.....

  • Butter---------------500 g

PROCEDURE:-
  1. First, cream butter, sugar and egg( yolk ) until they become light and fluffy....
  2. Now, add maida, egg white and vanilla essence and beat well......
  3. Put it in a greased pan and place it in a oven.......
  4. It will be ready to serve........

INGREDIENTS:-
  • Pineapple juice(ripe)----------1 liter
  • Water-------------------------100 ml
  • Sugar-------------------------100 g
  • Sodium Benzoate----------------1/2 tea spoon(preservative)
PROCEDURE:-
  1. Grate the pine apples and extract juice through muslin cloth and measure the juice.....
  2. Now, keep it on fire and add sugar and water...
  3. Let the juice boil for sometime and add sodium benzoate and mix thoroughly...
  4. Finally pour it into airtight containers/bottles and store it in a cool place...
  5. Serve it chill with ice cubes!!!

EGGLESS CAKE





INGREDIENTS:-
  • Maida--------------2 cups
  • Butter or ghee------1 and a quarter cups
  • Milkmaid-----------1 tin
  • Water--------------1 cup
  • vanilla essence-----1/2 tea spoon
  • Salt----------------1 pinch
  • Baking powder----- 3/4 tea spoon
  • Chopped nuts------1 cup

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Beat butter until it fluffs........
  2. Now, mix milkmaid, water, creamed butter and chopped nuts in a sauce pan and bring to boil........
  3. Remove from fire and cool.....
  4. Add to the cake mixture...maida, baking powder and salt and beat well....
  5. Add vanilla essence and pour into a greased and well lined 8" cake tin.......
  6. Now, bake at 150 degree centigrade for 1/2 hours.........
  7. The cake will now be ready to eat.......

MOUSAMBI SQUASH


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Water---------------------1.3 liters
  • Sugar---------------------1.7 kg
  • Lemon yellow color-------1/4 tea spoon
  • Apple green color---------a pinch
  • Citric Acid----------------25-30 gms
  • Sweet orange essence-----20 ml
  • Mousambi juice-----------1 liter
  • Pottasium Meta Bisulphate----3.2 gms (K.M.S)

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Extract mousambi juice and filter through muslin cloth.....
  2. After this is done measure it and put aside.....
  3. Now, take water, sugar,citric acid in a separate container and heat it so that the sugar dissolves..
  4. Now, filter the syrup and cool it to room temperature and mix the syrup to the juice....
  5. Add colors, essence,K.M.S(Pottassium Meta Bisulphate) and mix well....
  6. Finally, fill the squash in air tight bottles and store....
  7. Mix the squash with water and add few ice cubes......
  8. Now, the cool refreshing drink is ready to serve!!!!

GRAPE CRUSH( Black grapes)


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Grape Juice-----------------1 liter(extracted from ripe grapes)
  • Sugar-----------------------2 kgs
  • Water-----------------------1 liter
  • Citric Acid-------------------25-30gms
  • Tonovin essence-------------20 ml
  • Sodium Benzoate---------------1 and a quarter tea spoons

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Take fresh grapes and crush them using a wooden crusher....
  2. Boil the grape crush for 10 minutes........
  3. Now,strain the grapes , measure the juice and put it in a vessel/container...
  4. Take sugar,water,citric acid in a separate vessel and heat until the sugar dissolves completely......
  5. Now,filter the syrup and cool it to room temperature.......
  6. Now, mix the syrup, juice, tonovin essence and Sodium Bizoite and stir well....
  7. Store the crush in air tight bottles...
  8. Finally, mix water and ice cubes before consumption....
  9. The cool grape crush is ready to serve!!!

MANGO ICE CREAM


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Mango-----------------4 no.s
  • Milk-------------------1 cup
  • Milkmaid--------------1 tin
  • Cornflour--------------1 tea spoon
  • Gelatin----------------1/2 tea spoon
  • Lemon juice-----------extracted from 2 lemons
PROCEDURE:-
  1. First, bring milk to boil and thicken it by adding cornflour(Dissolved in 1/4 cup water)......
  2. Now, add milkmaid to the boiling milk.....
  3. Now, make a puree of mangoes,add to milkmaid and milk mixture......
  4. Add lemon juice and gelatin(dissolved in 1 table spoon of warm water).....
  5. Leave in freezer to set properly.........
  6. Serve the ice cream chill!!!

VANILLA ICE CREAM


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Milkmaid----------------3/4 tin
  • Milk---------------------4 cups
  • Vanilla essence----------1/2 tea spoon
  • Custard powder---------2 table spoons(blended with 1/4 cup milk)

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Mix milkmaid and milk and bring to boil stirring continuously.......
  2. Now, add custard powder and boil for 1- 2 minutes until the mixture gets thick........
  3. Remove from fire , cool to the room temperature and add vanilla essence and put int freezer.........
  4. Now, remove from freezer after 1 hour and blend in a mixer or beat/whip with an egg beater and put into freezer for 3-4 hours........

"YOGHURT PARFAIT" (which means French for perfect!!)

INGREDIENTS:-

  • Curd ---------------------3 cups
  • Vanilla flavour ------------1 tea spoon
  • Fruits,Berries,Nuts--------2 cups
  • Crunchy breakfast cornflakes or granola----1 cup

PROCEDURE:-

  1. Add the vanilla flavour to the curd and mix it thoroughly....
  2. Fill 1/3 of a tall glass with the flavoured curd....
  3. Peel ,wash and chop the fruits and mix them up with the berries and nuts....
  4. Add a layer of the fruit in the glass...
  5. Add a layer of cornflakes....
  6. continue to make layers of curd,fruits and cornflakes until the glass is full...
  7. Be, sure to serve it immediately, so that the cornflakes stay crunchy!!!

HARI BOOT PULAV



INGREDIENTS :-
  • Pulav Rice------------500 mg
  • Onion ------------75g
  • Green Chillies---------4
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste---2 table spoons
  • Garam Masala--------5g
  • Curd------------------3 cups
  • Tomato---------------100g
  • Ghee------------------50g
  • Mint leaves(pudina)---1 bundle
  • Hari Boot--------------200g
  • Coriander-------------100g
  • Turmeric-------------1/2 Tea spoon
  • Salt-------------------required amount

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Wash rice and soak it in water.
  2. Peel the Hari Boot() and keep the seeds ready.
  3. Heat the ghee in a pan and add chopped onions to it and fry until the color changes to "golden brown" and add Ginger-Garlic paste,turmeric,green chillies,garam masala,Hari Boot,tomatoes,curd(yogurt)mint leaves and coriander.....
  4. Cook for five minutes and put this curry aside.
  5. Now,take another vessel and boil water in it.
  6. Add soaked rice and little sat to the boiling water.
  7. Sieve/Separate the water and the rice when the water is semi cooked(when only 1/4th of the water remains in the vessel) and add Hari Boot curry and cook the rice on low flame for 10 minutes.
  8. Finally garnish with mint leaves.
  9. Now the delicious "Hari Boot" curry is ready to serve!!!!!

ALU BONDAY


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Potato---------------750g
  • Oil-------------------250g
  • Basen----------------125g
  • Onions---------------125g
  • Lemons--------------2 no.s
  • Coriander & Mint leaves
  • Green chillies
  • Salt & Haldi
  • Garam Masala

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Boil potatoes and mash them properly...
  2. Take a bowl and put a little ghee in it and fry the onions...
  3. Now add potato mash and garam masala to the bowl and fry for few minutes...
  4. Remove the bowl from fire and add lime juice to it...
  5. Now,put this mixture aside for some time...
  6. Now, mix some Basen with water and beat it well...
  7. Then add chillies,haldi and salt...
  8. Finally,make round balls out of the potato mixture and dip them in the basen and fry them well......
  9. Now, garnish these balls/bondas with coriander and mint leaves and serve them hot!!!

PAV BHAJI



INGREDIENTS:-
  • Pav Bhaji masala----------10 g
  • Chilli powder--------------2.5 g
  • Green chillies-------------5 no.s
  • Ginger--------------------50 g
  • Garlic--------------------- 3 cloves
  • Aam chur-----------------2.5 g
  • Potato-------------------- 300 g
  • Green peas---------------100 g
  • Beans--------------------50 g
  • Carrot-------------------5o g
  • Cauliflower--------------100 g
  • Capsicum----------------50 g
  • Tomato------------------200 g
  • Onion--------------------100 g
  • Butter or Oil
  • Pav----------------------3- 4 packets
  • Ghee---------------------250 g

PROCEDURE:-
  1. First,cook all the vegetables except tomato and capsicum......
  2. Mash the cooked vegetables and fry onions in a separate pan....
  3. Add tomato, capsicum and mashed vegetables to the frying onions...
  4. Now, add ginger, garlic, Pav Bhaji masala and little amount of water and cook well until the mixture becomes paste.......
  5. Now fry the pavs in a separate pan with ghee and serve them along with the curry...
  6. Garnishing the curry with butter will add to the taste

KAJU DELITE


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Potatoes--------------------3
  • Garam masala -------------1 tea spoon
  • Maida----------------------2 table spoons
  • Suji------------------------1 table spoon
  • Pepper--------------------1 tea spoon
  • Lime juice-----------------1 tea spoon
  • Salt

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Boil potatoes, peel off their skin and add pepper, lime juice, salt, garam masala and mash them.....
  2. Take 1 kaju and cover it with the paste of potatoes.....
  3. Now, take maida and add water.....
  4. Dip kaju into maida liquid and suji and fry.....
  5. finally, transfer it to the serving dish and serve it hot...

PANEER MUTTER


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Paneer--------------200g
  • Green peas----------200g
  • Veg masala----------2 table spoons
  • Milk cream----------1 cup
  • onions---------------75g or 2 no.s
  • Ghee----------------2 table spoons
  • Tomatoes-----------2 no.s(medium sized)
  • Ginger chops--------2 table spoons
  • Green chillies-------2 no.s
  • Coriander
  • Salt

PROCEDURE:-
  1. Cut the paneer blocks into cube shaped pieces....
  2. Heat the ghee in a pan and fry the paneer until the color changes to light brown and remove from the pan...
  3. Now soak the fried panner in hot water and remove after 5 minutes...
  4. Fry the onions to light brown and add chopped ginger,green chillies,veg masala mixed with some water and fry well.....
  5. Now add green peas,paneer,and very little amount of water and cook for 5-10 minutes......
  6. Add cream and salt to taste and tomatoes cut into eight slices(you can cut any no. as per your liking!!!)......
  7. Let the gravy thicken and remove from the fire when it becomes thick.......
  8. Finally,serve it hot garnished with coriander......

SALT BISCUITS


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Maida-----------------175 g
  • Sugar-----------------40 g
  • Dalda-----------------80 g
  • Egg-------------------1 no.(For glaze)
  • Salt-------------------1 tea spoon
  • Ammonia or Baking powder---------1/4tea spoon
  • Water----------------2 table spoons
PROCEDURE:-
  1. Mix dalda and maida together well....
  2. Now,make a solution of sugar, salt and baking powder in water.....
  3. Slowly and properly mix this solution into maida mixture........
  4. Now,roll out into 1/8 thickness..........
  5. Now, cut with biscuit cutter and cool with egg or milk and bake at 375 degrees for 10minutes.....
  6. The tasty salt biscuits will be ready to eat!!!!!!!!!!

MOOLI DAL


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Radish(mooli)------------4 no.s (big ones!!!)
  • Cumin seeds--------------2 tea spoon
  • Moong dal----------------2 cups
  • Turmeric powder---------1 tea spoon
  • Tamarind-----------------1 small piece
  • Asafoetida(hing)----------1 pinch
  • Salt & Chilli powder to taste
PROCEDURE:-
  1. Clean dal with water and soak for 3 hours......
  2. Now, soak tamarind in lukewarm water for ten minutes and squeeze the pulp...
  3. Cook dal in water till it gets softer...
  4. Next,peel the skin of radish and shred it into small pieces...
  5. Now, add radish to dal and cook it until it is done.....
  6. Season it with four table spoon of ghee, asafoetida, cumin seeds and ginger.....
  7. Bring ghee to a boil and mix it with dal.......
  8. Finally serve it with boiled or fried rice...!!!

SPROUTED MOONG FRY


INGREDIENTS:-
  • Whole moong-------------2 cups
  • Green chilli---------------3 no.s
  • Turmeric powder---------1 tea spoon
  • Chilli powder-------------1/2 tea spoon
  • Ghee---------------------1 table spoon
  • Lemon-------------------1 no.
  • Salt to taste
PROCEDURE:-
  1. Soak moong dal over night...
  2. Drain and tie in a cloth and set aside till they fully germinate....
  3. Now,heat ghee in a pan, fry green chillies....
  4. Now, add sprouted moong and turmeric powder and fry till tender...
  5. Add salt and chilli powder...
  6. Finally add lemon juice and serve...
