- Cauliflower-------------------1 cup(boil in hot water & strain)
- Onion-------------------------1 no.(cut into small pieces)
- Tomato-----------------------2-3 (cut into pieces)
- Green chillies------------------4-5
- Dry coconut------------------50 grams(grind into paste)
- Coriander powder------------1 tea spoon
- Salt
- Oil
- Red chilli powder
PROCEDURE:-
- Heat oil in a pan, add green chillies and onion and fry till brown...
- Now, add sliced tomatoes and cook for few minutes....
- Add coconut paste and fry in oil for sometime....
- Add coriander powder,red chilli powder,salt and cauliflower pieces....
- Now, add little water and cook for few minutes....
- Finally garnish with coriander....
