- Your favourite Pulpy Fruits---------------Mango,Banana,Grapes,Watermelon etc;
- Curd (yoghurt)---------------------------1 large bowl!!!!
- Coarsely ground peppercorns------------2 tea spoons
- Naan------------------------------------1 no
- Skewers or Chopsticks
PROCEDURE:-
- Cut the fruits into bite-sized chunks.
- Arrange them on the skewers or chopsticks,making sure that each skewer has a variety of fruits on it....
- Add the salt to the yoghurt/curd....
- Take a clean thin cloth, put the curd in the cloth and tie it tightly....
- Hang the bundle from the tap of your kitchen sink and put a bowl under it to collect the whey that drips out.........
- Leave the cloth hanging for about 2 hours...You can drink the whey that collects(it's very healthy!!!)..or you can water the plants with it.........:D
- Now the curd is in a thick ball..spread the ground pepper on a plate,and roll the ball of curd over it, so that the pepper powder spreads evenly all over the surface of the ball...
- This makes for a really yummy dip for fruit kababs...!!!!!!
- Cut the naan into little triangles.....
- Now on a big plate, arrange the kababs on one side,the naan triangles on the other,with a bowl of curd dip in the centre.....
- You can also garnish the dip with little sprigs of mint leaves....
- Now..the tasty!,yummy!!,delicious!!! "Fruit kabab platter" is ready to serve......
